Tom Bent, Director
Tom Bent is a wholesale energy market expert. He has 19 years’ experience as a trader and commercial manager in the energy industry, and 4 years’ experience as an independent consultant. His knowledge and skills cover most electricity and gas-related commercial activities in the UK and Ireland.
Outside of consulting, he also works part time for the Energy Technology Partnership, assisting academics and local SMEs deliver low-carbon innovation projects.
Tom holds a first class maths degree from Cambridge University, and was previously a prize-winning Management Accountant. He loves the Edinburgh Festival, hill walking and cycling.
